To our valued customers,
On behalf of Scott Airport Parking, I wanted to reach out to our Park&Zoom and Bark&Zoom customers to assure you that we are, and have been, carefully following the CDC guidelines as we continue to put your health and our employees’ health as our #1 priority.
Many folks have asked if we are open and yes, both facilities are open 24/7 with services as usual. We are on the airport and it is considered a critical infrastructure to the City of Austin. As of today, 61% of the ABIA’s flights are operating.
During such trying and unprecedented times as these, our hearts go out to those suffering from the COVID-19 virus. As a local Austin company, we wanted to do something more than just report that we are maintaining the highest levels of hygiene with our employees, at both facilities and in our shuttles. So, to that end, we also are extending a special Thank You for All Essential Employees.
Effective today and to assist with the Shelter in Place Order now in effect, our sister facility, Bark&Zoom, is offering a 25% discount to all essential workers who bring their pups in while they work. We are here to keep your pets happy and safe, through daycare and overnight boarding, as a way to lessen your stress.
And, of course, we are following CDC guidelines on hygiene and sanitary precautions at Park&Zoom, including:
- Disinfecting the shuttle interiors and the external handles after EVERY trip, down to the seat belt buckles and the seats
- Actively monitoring our employees’ health and thus far no one has called in sick or reported flu-like symptoms
- Implementing social distancing on the shuttle bus
On behalf of all our employees, thank you for your continued patronage and loyalty. Stay healthy and we hope to see you again very soon at Park&Zoom and Bark&Zoom.
Sincerely,
Brad Scott
President of Scott Airport Parking LLC
